Description
Description of high quality liquid silicone rubber for gypsum ceiling molds :
Mold making liquid silicone is generally named as two-part silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature.Part A is a flowable liquid ,part B is the catalyst.
Features of high quality liquid silicone rubber for gypsum ceiling molds:
1. Good characteristics of easy-operation
2. Light viscosity and good flowability
3. Low shrinkage
4. Favorable tensile and tear strength
5. High temperature resistance ,acid and alkali-resistance
6. High dulplication times
7. Vulcanize at room temperature
8. Easy for demoulding
9. non-flammable ,safe and reliable
10. Free Curing agent

• Gypsum crafts
FAQ:
Why the silicone mold just can be reproduced for a few times?
Adding too much silicon oil into silicon rubber .silicon oil is an additive which destroy the molecular weight of silicon rubber and reduce the tension and tear strength; making the mold for small and complicate pattern products with high hardness silicone rubber which is easy to break; making the mold for large products with a low hardness silicone rubber which will reduce the tensile and tear strength of the mold, and the mold will have the issue of deformation .
So we should choose the silicone rubber specifically base on the requirements of our products to avoid this issues.
Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time ,so must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
